(Update: added video, comments from business owner)
La PINE, Ore. (KTVZ) – If you’re looking to make some extra cash and know a certified technician looking for a job, a company in La Pine is looking for help – and is willing to pay dearly for it. ‘get.
Integrity Auto Services is growing and offering a “reward” of $ 5,000 to the person who recommends the right technician for the job.
Owner Jeremy Johnson is an Oregon native and family man who has made La Pine his home for the past 17 years. He said on Wednesday that he believes integrity is not just about honesty and reliability. He explains integrity as being twofold and shares the other part of his definition.
âIt has to be full or complete, and by that we mean someone who can be of great service to the customer and be very competent at what they do,â he said.
The automotive service mission statement also makes it clear that the company is not just looking for a certified technician, but a technician who values ââethics as much as performance.
Johnson also had a deep interest in car work.
âI worked on cars, long before I was allowed to drive them, really,â he said.
But working on cars was not the determining factor that prompted Johnson to move to La Pine.
âWhat brought me to La Pine was that I helped start a church here, Calvary Chapel,â he said.
In due course, he decided to start an auto service business where integrity became the highest order of operation. He is excited to continue to build on the foundations of the business and looks forward to choosing the right person to join us.
According to the company’s website, if the job requirements are met, half of the reward will be paid on the technician’s first day on the job. The other half will be paid after a 90-day probationary period.
